WET:LAND is comprised of two steel basins on concrete pedestals arranged in an equal (=) sign. The basins, one of which is an artificial wetland supported by grow lights while the other is pure water, highlight the interdependency and equivalency between land and water. The installation contains cameras and projectors that replicate the real time image of the wetland onto the water basin while agricultural pumps recycle water between the two basins.

WET:LAND is therefore a diagram depicting the porous boundary between urban infrastructure and natural systems, raising questions of how the future of infrastructure and agriculture is shaped by artificially constructed ideas of nature.
